I've never been one to work out a lot. If you're a new reader to my blog, I spent most of my life training in classical ballet. I spent about 20 hours a week in the studio from seventh grade up until freshman year of college when I was a dance major. I realized it wasn't what I wanted my career to be about halfway through the year, and I got injured not too much later. My dancing then cut down to about 6 hours a week for the last two years, up until last spring when I completed my dance minor.
Since then, I haven't been doing much exercise but I've been trying to get back into just doing something the last few weeks. I've been going to yoga classes on campus and my bestie/roommate Hannah has always been obsessed with Tone It Up videos, so we have been doing some of them in our apartment. I really don't like the gym, so I just hope to keep up with this for a while.
But, what's a better way to motivate yourself to workout than new workout clothes?
I love workout clothes! Until college none of my yoga pants had been to yoga, but I really found that yoga was such a good anxiety relief mechanism for me! with southern grace, lindsey www.withsoutherngrace.blogspot.com

I love getting new work out clothes as motivation! I really need to add working out into my daily routine more often!
