Spring workwear is the best, because it is so easy to put together! I could wake up 10 minutes before I need to be at work, grab a comfy dress like this one out of my closet, but still feel like I actually put effort into my outfit. I also love the yellow floral and fun sleeves on this dress. As much as I love a good bell sleeve, these shorter fluted sleeves are so much more practical sitting at my desk.
