I made this post about the Who What Wear for Target collection when it was first released, and I have loved this top ever since. Yellow isn't a color I'm usually drawn to, but I just really love this yellow and blue print. I've always really loved this cobalt blue color but I have trouble styling it, so I love that this top (and plenty of other pieces from this collection) give me opportunity to do that easily! I plan on wearing this out to dinner, or to church, or even with a jacket to work.
