This top combines two of my favorite things, pleats and the color navy! I wore this look to go out in Charlotte a few weeks ago. The weather was so nice I didn't even need to worry about keeping up with a jacket, even though this top is almost backless.  This look is also made up of great sale finds, the top was on clearance at Urban Outfitters for $20 and I got my new bag from the Kate Spade outlet when they were having a huge sale (before Black Friday), it was 80% off!
