Welcome back to Fitness Friday! I had a pretty consistent workout schedule this month, except for the first week of July where I was at the beach with TJ's family. I have kept a rotation of my favorite class: Ballet Fit Theory outside at Fit Atelier, at least one class with the Jabs by Gina team from Equinox over Zoom, and stream a video or two. I'm starting to see a lot more outdoor class options, so I'll probably start adding more of those to my schedule in August! I also got back into cooking a little more, which I really need to stick with. I have a lot of new recipes saved I need to keep trying!

- I actually got back into trying some new recipes this month (thanks to all of the Pinterest-ing I've been doing for wedding planning) like these sweet potato black bean bowls with a cilantro Greek yogurt sauce that I think are a great meal prep option.
- I more recently tried these hummus quesadillas for dinner (with added chicken) and I will definitely be making them again!
