Emma's questions:

1. Where did the name of your blog come from?

I put my name and my home state together and put "style" on the end

2. What's your favorite season and why?

Summer all the way, cold weather is no fun!

3. If you could be invited to any show during fashion week which would it be?

Kate Spade

4. Is there any app on your phone you don't think you could live without?

Probably Instagram, or Tumblr, endless entertainment from either one!

5. Finish the sentence: I'm at my happiest when..I'm with my friends! Or family, or shopping!

6. Name one TV character you'd like to trade places with for a day and explain why they're your pick. 

Rory Gilmore from Gilmore Girls, because I just think it would be awesome to live in Stars Hollow for the day and meet their whole crew. And pretend I'm smart enough to go to Yale!

7. If you could live anywhere in the world where would it be?

Probably Paris :)

8. What color is your go-to nail polish choice?

Essie's After School Boy Blazer!

9. Are there any jewelry items you never take off?

Pearl studs, and if I'm not wearing a statement necklace, I always have either my monogram necklace and North Carolina pendant on.

10. What's one thing you can't leave the house without?

My phone, because I'm a basic millennial. 

11. What's your favorite thing about having a blog?

Always having a place to express myself through my style, and the blogging community is full of so many amazing people!

Alexandra's questions:

No. 1: If you could go back and give middle-school-you one piece of fashion advice, what would it be?

Step away from the Abercrombie, Cara!

No. 2: If you could steal any television character’s wardrobe, whose would it be and why?
Blair Waldorf, because I'm clearly obsessed with her.

No. 3: East Coast or West Coast?
East, all the way!

No. 4: How are you different now than you were in high school? (Mentally, rather than psychically.)
I think I'm a lot more relaxed, probably because I'm not spending 20+ hours at ballet like I was in high school, and the first year of college. That kind of took up most of my time for other things like homework, and sleeping...

No. 5: Favorite actor or actress of all time, living or dead? Why?
Audrey Hepburn, because she's fabulous.

No. 6: If you could live in any era, which would it be and why?
I think the 20's always seemed fun. But maybe I've just watched The Great Gatsby too many times?

No. 7: NYSNC or Backstreet Boys?
NYSYNC, I'm still a big JT fan.

No. 8: Would you rather live in one place your whole life or live in a new place each month? Why?
That's really tough, I guess one place for my whole life! I think you would be able to know that place super well, and really make it home.

No. 9: What is your favorite color to wear?
It's a tie between navy, pink, and green :)

No. 10: What’s the dream life, for you?
To have blogging as a job, but that's probably a bit too ambitious!
