I have everyone had a wonderful Labor Day Weekend, here's a little beauty product update! I haven't made one since last spring and I've been using some fun new products over the last few months that I thought I would share!
I got a different version of this BB cream (the Premium Beauty Balm) from my Birchbox as a sample. I really liked it, but I have acne prone skin and I usually only use oil free products. The version I got as a sample unfortunately had some oils in it. So I found the version for oily skin, and I love it! I have been using it in place of my foundation, with moisturizer under it, and sometimes with a little concealer or a layer of powder over it. It makes my skin so soft and I think it has a good amount of coverage.
Again, I got the sample from Birchbox and I really love the color, it's a little more than what I usually wear for an everyday look but isn't too dramatic. I've worn it in most of my recent outfit posts like this one. It's such a pretty pink, I got the color called Humble Brag, and it can also be used on the cheeks but I haven't tried that yet.
I love this eyeliner because it's a lot like a pen, and it's easy to make the line really thin or really thick. I have been using it for quite a few months now, I haven't tried doing a cat eye with it, but I think it was designed to be an easy way to do one. Again, this was a Birchbox full sized sample, it has lasted me for months!
This was another sample I got in my Birchbox lately, I just really love the color I got. I wore it in this outfit post for reference. The Venezia color is so fun and I don't have anything else like it. And as the name says, it also lasts for hours!
I did this post about this mascara set at the beginning of the summer, and I'm still obsessed with it. I used Benefit "They're Real" mascara before, and I think the Physicians Formula one gives a very similar look. But this one feels a lot lighter on your lashes, and is a lot easier to get off! This comes with the extension set, but I don't use them very often, after using it for a while I realize that I really just like the mascara itself.
