Wishlist Wednesday: Ankle Boots

I've never owned a pair of ankle boots, but I really plan on changing that sometime soon! Here are some of my favorites, of course there's both scallops and navy involved! I saw the brown scalloped Jack Rogers ones at Belk a few weeks ago and I fell in love with them!
