What to Wear to a Basketball Game

Similar purple sweater | Joe Fresh white jeans (old) | Similar black over the knee boots | Kendra Scott orange Rayne pendant | Stella and Dot initial necklace c/o

Here's a quick little post for what to wear to a basketball game! Growing up in North Carolina, basketball was always a big deal with the Carolina and Duke fans everywhere. For most of school years, my school's athletic programs were always centered around basketball (until college, then it was hockey). And every year during March Madness, the TVs in the cafeteria even played some of the games.

Although Clemson University is known for their football team, their basketball team has gotten better over the last few years. They most likely will not be making it to the NCAA tournament, but are predicted to be playing in the NIT tournament this year. So I'm using this post to dress in Clemson colors in the spirit of March Madness. As I've said (several times) before, I didn't go to Clemson. I went to Mercyhurst University, but Clemson is sort of my family's school. My dad went there, and he is probably the biggest Clemson fan you would ever meet. Three of my cousins also went there, and both my boyfriend and my brother are current students. So if I were to go to any sporting event, although it's usually football in the fall, it's for a Clemson University team.

And if you're looking for cheap tickets to watch your favorite team play, check out TickPick! Not only do they sell tickets for sporting events like the NFL and NBA, you can also get cheap concert tickets!

  3. Such a cute Game Day outfit! I can't wait to write my March Madness post (after WVU gets a NCAA bid, of course). I love the way you used the Kendra Scott necklace!
