Today, I am 27! That sounds kinda old, but I'm very excited for what this year has in store. My birthday being so close to the new year always lets me group together hopes and goals for the calendar new year and age at the same time. I am moving out of the apartment I have spent all of my time in Charlotte (over 4 years) in next week. I probably mention this every year, but my dad's birthday was yesterday (I arrived at almost 5am following his 29th), so my parents are coming down for one last weekend in Charlotte to celebrate both days. As sad as it is to leave, I'm very excited to get to Atlanta. I think the pandemic restrictions have made it easier to go, since we haven't really been able to enjoy much of what we love about living in Charlotte for almost a year now. Hopefully it won't be too long before we can start exploring Atlanta. Either way, I can't wait to get married in June and create a home with TJ! Even if there isn't much progress and we have to cut the guest list. I have a good feeling about 27, and 2021.
