Welcome back to Fitness Friday! I'm so excited to have a little more of an increased fitness schedule, as my hip has been feeling great lately! If you're new here, I tore the labrum in my hip back in March. I finished up with PT appointments last week, and I have barely needed to modify anything in my last few classes. Halfway into November will be 8 months since the injury, and it has all been worth the wait! I've been pretty consistent with 2 classes per week, and exercises at home twice a week. But I think I might be ready to switch out the home exercises for more classes. As always, full schedule below, along with some new food I have been trying, and some fun activewear. And in case you missed them, here are my Fitness Friday posts from August and September!

Food
- Similar to last month, with all of the traveling I haven't been branching out much with recipes, but I have been making some simple smoothie bowls as a snack between coming home from work and going to a workout. I just blend some almond milk, frozen mixed berries, a scoop of protein powder, and top it with granola and a little bit of peanut butter.
- I fell into the Instagram trap with seasonal Trader Joe's items, and tried two of them. The frozen Riced Cauliflower and Butternut Squash Risotto, which I liked with some added spinach and chicken. And in the snack category, I also really liked the Pumpkin Cranberry crisps with a little bit of goat cheese!
